Oracle HR, Banner applications move behind GlobalProtect VPN; login process changes

In order to increase security and compliance, Oracle HR and Banner moved behind the GlobalProtect VPN. Along with this change, the GlobalProtect VPN login process changed from Shibboleth to Duo Single Sign-On.
