• Banner 2023 Q3 Production upgrades are scheduled for deployment on 12/02. To facilitate this, any Banner-related Appman jobs that remain incomplete will be halted at 08:00. Subsequently, all Banner-related applications will be temporarily unavailable during the deployment. The deployment process is set to begin promptly at 8:00 AM, with an expected completion time of 17:45. Following this, the environment will be open for testing, with stakeholder verification expected to conclude by 19:00.

  • Banner Admin Pages/ Application Navigator/ BCM/ BDM/ BAM/ Registration SSB/ Student SSB/ Faculty SSB/ Student API/ Integration API/ Banner Extensibility/ uAchive CSU and CSUP/ Banner 8/ Banner Workflow/ Nelnet

• Impacted systems: All Banner applications including uAchive CSU and CSUP. Estimated Outage starting 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM.

• BANUPGD is being cloned to prepare it for Banner 2023 Q3 Upgrades.

Nov 2, 2023 Urgent Banner Upgrade (Admin Applications) Planned Maintenance → Completed

• Financial Aid has requested an urgent Banner upgrade, which has been successfully deployed in the FAID environment, thoroughly tested, and approved. We are scheduled to install and deploy this upgrade on Thursday, November 2nd, at 5:00 PM. The upgrade is expected to take one hour, and we anticipate that all work will be completed by 6:00 PM.

• Please be aware that the following applications will be impacted during this period (Outage: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Admin Pages, Application Navigator, BCM, BAM, and Nelnet.
