Desktop Support is a contracted, subscription-based service of managing and supporting computer workstations, laptops, file shares, and direct- and network-attached printer services for CSU departments.
Contract options include managed or unmanaged workstations, with a default amount of network attached storage included. Extra storage is available for purchase.
Managed workstation customers receive complete desktop/laptop support including applying all software updates for supported software, configuring and deploying new machines, troubleshooting, repairs, and 10GB (or more) of networked storage (including backup and recovery).

|Complete desktop/laptop support including: directory services, troubleshooting and repair, software updates for supported software, configuration and deployment of new machines. 10GB of networked storage/per managed machine, includes backup and recovery services||$500/per year/per machine|
|A managed lab computer is used as a checkout or shared machine. These devices receive all the same services as managed computers except recovery/backup services||$250/per year/per machine|
