How to Get Involved
We depend on campus engagement to ensure success for our IT Strategic Plan. Familiarize yourself with our university’s Courageous Strategic Transformation efforts and learn about the role of digital transformation in higher education. These sources of information will help you best prepare for engagement in our IT strategic planning process.
Advisory Committee Members
Interested in sharing your ideas or learning more about the IT strategic planning process? Reach out to your representative advisory committee member. Their role in this process is to bridge the community to the IT strategic planning process. They are interested in hearing your thoughts and may even have ideas about how you can help represent your campus community group throughout this process. See the CSU IT Strategic Planning 2021-22 page > Advisory Committee section, for the list of members.
Provide feedback on the project through our open engagement surveys.
Project information and updates are to be communicated through the following mediums:
- The IT Strategic Planning project webpages
- The objective of these webpages is to act as a central hub for which the community can pull relevant and current project information.
- The IT Strategic Plan Progress Report
- The goal of this communication is to provide a monthly update on project progress. It is sent out to members of the IAC, CITAC, Division of IT, and subnet managers via email. In addition, it is sent to interested individuals who would like to be included in project communications. Please reach out to Emma Eckley at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to this distribution list.
It is of utmost importance to us that the progress of this project is communicated well to CSU’s IT and greater campus community. We are open to suggestions about how to improve our communications.
