HR Business Office

The HR Business Office is responsible for division recruitment efforts, onboarding and offboarding, coordinating professional development opportunities, and internal division communications on organizational changes. 

Leadership

Kris Seidel joined Colorado State University in September 2019 as the Senior Human Resources Manager where she is responsible for the HR Business Office within the Division of IT.  

Kris’s career in Higher Education has spanned nearly 15 years specifically focused on Human Resources Management, including at the University of Northern Colorado Foundation. She has broad experience in leadership, coaching, consulting services and a profound understanding of non-profit organizations and governance. Kris holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from North Park University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management focusing on Project Management.
