Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure  

Units within the Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure department provide services that support the enterprise business systems and backbone infrastructure for the University. 

Leadership

Josh Clark joined Colorado State University in March 2005 as a database developer.  He has held various development and leadership roles in his tenure, supporting administrative applications, infrastructure, and networking.  Currently, he has responsibility for the following units/functions: Technology Architecture, Student Applications, Administrative Applications, Business Intelligence and Data Integration, Infrastructure and Database, and Networking and Telecommunications. 

Josh’s career has spanned over 20 years in Information Technology, specifically focused on Higher Education.  He has broad experience implementing technology solutions to positively impact students, administrators, and the broader campus community.  While his career began in development, he has expanded his expertise in leadership, focusing on organizational change management, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.  Josh holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focusing on Information Systems.

Technology Architecture

The Technology Architecture team develops strategic solutions to achieve flexible, cohesive, and agile IT infrastructure to reduce complexity and modernize existing systems. 

Student Applications

The Student Applications team develops and manages enterprise software applications that house student-related data.

Administrative Applications

The Administrative Applications team develops and manages enterprise software applications that serve the University’s administrative needs.

Business Intelligence and Data Integration

The Business Intelligence and Data Integration team empowers business operations by providing data, reporting, and integration services that leverage data from enterprise applications.

Infrastructure and Databases

The Infrastructure and Databases team supports the university’s infrastructure through data center, storage, server, virtualization, and database solutions.

Networking and Telecommunications

The Networking and Telecommunications team supports the university’s network and voice infrastructure through wired, wireless, and virtual private networks, border security, and telephone solutions.
